Online 1-hour Individual Mindulness Sessions:

1-hour Individual Sessions:
Non-striving:

Setting goals and completing them are positive aspects that we all need doing in life, but they can become a burden when all we are doing is looking toward the results and completing our goals. In this 1-hour Mindfulness session, you are going to explore that happiness is not found in achieving or accumulating things but instead can be found in awareness of each moment and by acting appropriately in that moment.

Acceptance:

Resistance to the way things are is a major cause of mental and emotional suffering. In this 1-hour Mindfulness session you are going to learn and practice observing and noticing what is happening and trying not to change the situation because of our beliefs or mindsets or cultural predisposition. You are going to practice and recognise that things are the way they are. Transformation begins from a clear awareness and understanding of the current situation.

Letting-go:

In this 1-hour Mindfulness session you are going to explore non-attachment to things, people, ideas or the past and the ability to put aside the tendency to elevate some aspects of our experience and to reject other aspects in life.

Trust:

In this 1-hour Mindfulness session, you are going to learn and explore that trust is both being trustworthy and trusting. It is a recognition that we are not in control of everything in life and many things vital to our survival happen all by themselves. We can trust and have confidence in ourselves by listening to the subtle signals of our bodies and our intuition. We can trust others by not thinking the worst of people and by not pre-judging based on characteristics such as gender, age, or ethnicity, or our previous encounters.

Gratitude:

The human mind is predisposed to finding the negative in things, often resulting in complaining. In this 1-hour Mindfulness session, you are going to explore and learn that by slowing down and bringing gratitude into the present moment, you can appreciate more all of the things that you have and that are going well for you.

Beginner's mind:

In this 1-hour Mindfulness session, you are going to explore and learn to see the present moment in an open way. Having an innocent and open attitude helps to cultivate creativity and intelligence. Without preconceived opinions of the situation, our whole being is free to engage with the moment and empower us to ‘think outside the box’ and experience thinks afresh.

Non-judgement:

We judge by either labelling our experiences as positive or negative. This constant subtle and sometimes not so subtle judging comes from the mind’s search for happiness in the objects of the world. In this 1-hour Mindfulness session, you are going to learn and explore to recognise that true happiness comes from our own clear awareness and warm heart.

Patience:

Looking to the future becomes a predominant habit in many people’s lives, preventing them from enjoying the present moment. In this 1-hour session you are going to learn and explore that patience is keeping calm when things are not going your way or are going too slow for you.

Generosity:

There is much more happiness found in giving than in receiving or clinging on to things. Generosity embodies a warm heart and kind attitude. Jon Kabat-Zinn says that mindfulness also embodies ‘heartfulness’, having an open and generous attitude of being present with others. In this 1-hour Mindfulness session you are going to explore and practice exercises to help you enhance that generosity within yourself towards the surrounding beings.

Mindfulness of Movement:

Movement is an integral part of our daily lives, but how often do we actually pay attention to it? More often than not, our minds are elsewhere while our bodies are in motion. Mindful movement is about bringing awareness to our physical sensations as we move. It’s about being present in our bodies and noticing the subtle shifts in energy and balance. In this 1-hour Mindfulness of movement, you are gong to practice physical exercises and yoga mindfulness that will help you start your day with a sense of calm and presence.

2-hour Individual Mindfulness Workshops:
Procrastination and Rumination:

Procrastination means delaying or postponing tasks or activities. It can take many forms, such as putting off completing a work assignment, avoiding making a difficult decision, or delaying starting a task that you find boring or uninteresting. On the other hand, rumination is the mental habit of repetitive overthinking about the past or present. In this 2-hour Mindfulness Workshop, you are going to learn exercises to help you find the reasons for your procrastination or rumination and explore the ways to avoid them in the future.

Pleasant and Unpleasant Emotions:

Positive and negative emotions are essential for a balanced, healthy life, serving different but complementary purposes. Negative emotions, while unpleasant, aid survival, growth, and problem-solving, while positive emotions enhance wellbeing and broaden perspectives. Neutral emotions, often overlooked, dominate much of our daily experiences, providing a middle ground between pleasure and pain. In this 2-hour Mindfulness Workshop, you are going to explore and learn to identify these emotions, accept them as they are and move forwards in a constructive way.

Emotional Intelligence:

Developing our emotional intelligence is an essential part of living a plentiful life. It means being aware and identifying and managing our emotions and those of others which will help us succeed in our personal and professional relationships. In this 2-hour Mindfulness Workshop, you are going to learn exercises and techniques that will help you develop more self-awareness and improve your inner self and your relationship with family members, friends and work colleagues.

Passive-aggressive Communication:

It is a behavioral pattern of indirectly expressing negative feelings instead of openly addressing them. Because of this, there is a disconnect between what they say and what they actually do. In this 2-hour Mindfulness Workshop, you are going to explore and identify patterns of passive-aggressive communication to develop more awareness and how this impact on the wellbeing of the people involved.

Mindful Eating:

We eat multiple times every day, but are we really aware of what we are doing? Most of us rush through meals, often multitasking or eating on the go. But eating can be a profound practice of mindfulness. Mindful eating is about slowing down and truly savoring your food. It’s about noticing the colors, the textures, the flavors, and the smells. It’s about being present in the moment and appreciating the nourishment that food provides. In this 2-hour Mindfulness Workshop, you are going to learn to slow down and be aware of your eating, enjoying the experience in a calm and relaxed way which will impact on your wellbeing in general and in particular your weight control.

Mindful Listening and Speaking:

How often are we in the position of 'listening to respond' instead of 'listening to understand' what others are communicating, as well as speaking without realising we are not letting others talk or perhaps we are not able to put across our thoughts or feelings as we would like to? In this 2-hour Mindfulness Workshop you are going to identify the patterns of mindful listening and speaking to develop more self-awareness in these topics and start communicating more effectively with our family, friends and work colleagues.

Stress, Anxiety and Deppression:

Deppression is keeping the past constantly in our minds and anxiety is worrying and often thinking about the future. Both of them can produce stress and if we can not stop them, the stress can get out of hand. In this 2-hour Mindfulness Workshop you are going to learn techniques of how to reduce those anxieties and deppression patterns which will therefore reduce the stress and help you live a more relaxed and fulfilling life.
