When dealing with life’s struggles and navigating difficult times, you can be left feeling tense, stressed and unheard. Maybe you’re feeling irritable, depressed or even lacking in confidence. With Calm Mindfulness Meditations, you’ll get the support you need to build your self-esteem and see your own innate power and capabilities. I want to help you utilise these skills to find true success in your work and personal life.

This is for participants who would like individual sessions of Mindfulness. They are tailor-made to suit individual needs. It would also suit anyone new to Mindfulness, as an introduction to the practice. Or perhaps you have already done the Mindfulness Now 8-week Wellbeing Programme or the Mindful Eating 6-step Programme and you would like to maintain the practice. The sessions last 1 hour.

These are sessions focused on a special topic each time. During the sessions, we practice Mindfulness exercises, reading of poems, visualisations, group discussions, etc. in a friendly, safe and supportive environment. These sessions have very good reviews and the participants enjoy them dearly. Please click on the link to find out more about the varied topics. They are held at weekends and last 1 hour.

These are group sessions, either on-line or at a suitably conducive venue, taking place over one or more days. Generally, participants will have taken part in at least one shorter session, either on-line or in person, prior to taking part, though this is by no means an absolute prerequisite.

Our programmes are designed to help participants in Corporative environments to improve their productivity, creativity and efficiency at work through enhancing their personal and inter-personal skills. These sessions are tailored to support staff in an organisation according to the individual company’s needs. The duration of the sessions will be a minimum duration of 60 minutes.
