Mindfulness Attitudes & Movement 10-week Programme
Duration: 1 hour x 10 consecutive weeks
This is a set of programmes that focus on a particular topic, based on the nine 'attitudes' of Mindfulness, as defined by Jon Kabat-Zinn - the creator of the MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Programme. The ten-week Programme also includes a session of Mindfulness of Movement. The Mindfulness attitudes are the major pillars of Mindfulness practice.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the course, participants will have:
1. A deep understanding of the 9 attitudes of Mindfulness and Mindfulness Movement.
2. Knowledge of a wide range of tools that can help to cultivate mindful awareness.
3. Experienced many different formal and informal mindfulness practices.
4. Realized many benefits of mindfulness including becoming calmer, more resilient, more patient, more present and compassionate towards self and others.
The Mindfulness Now 8-week Wellbeing Programme
Duration: 1:30 hour x 8 consecutive weeks + a whole day retreat (6 hours)
Mindfulness Now is a unique set of programmes which provide a fusion of key elements from MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy). It is suitable for whole teams and for individuals. It is also ideal for coaches, mentors, learning and development teams, wellbeing champions and mental health first aiders, to develop significant capabilities in these important organizational roles.

By the end of the course, participants will have:
