At Calm Mindfulness Meditations, I want to help you find the inner balance you’re looking for. Are you feeling stressed, depressed or anxious? Do you struggle to deal with conflict in your life? Gisela is an amazing mindfulness teacher. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but also her openness, her authenticity, her ability to truly listen and be understanding and supportive makes her a great teacher of mindfulness attitudes. What helped me to connect with her and build trust is her genuine nature and her willingness to share her own struggles and the ways she deals with them on a daily basis.

I love the structure of Gisela's sessions and various meditation exercises she uses in each session are well chosen and feel best suited for that particular mindfulness attitude.
