These are weekly sessions focused on a special topic each time. The topics are based on the 9 attitudes of Mindfulness. During the sessions, we practice Mindfulness exercises, reading of poems, visualisations, group discussions, etc. in a friendly, safe and supportive environment. These sessions have very good reviews and the participants enjoy them dearly. They are held at weekends and last 1 hour.

The Mindfulness Now 8-week Wellbeing Programme:

Mindfulness Now is a unique set of programmes, which provide a fusion of key elements from MBSR and MBCT in a clinical approach. The programme includes:

  • A detailed individual assessment

  • Individual, personalised, one-to-one mindfulness meditation sessions

  • Weekly group sessions focussed on each of the attitudes of Mindfulness (9 sessions plus a Mindfulness of Movement session)

  • An eight-week teaching and support programme of 1 hour per week with open-ended support

  • Individual dedicated audio recordings

  • ‘The Gift’, a day-long mindfulness retreat

The Mindful Eating 6-Step Programme (6 steps in 6 weeks): Combines mindfulness, visualisation, coaching and movement to support people to take control of their weight. In this Programme, the participant will practice exercises for letting go of the past, believing in the future and learning to love themselves and their body. We don’t advise the participant what they should or shouldn’t eat or drink. It is mainly a mind-body exercise-approach, where the participant should have total control of what they would like to do with respect to their personal consumption habits.
