These are weekly sessions focused on a special topic each time. The topics are based on the 9 attitudes of Mindfulness. During the sessions, we practice Mindfulness exercises, reading of poems, visualisations, group discussions, etc. in a friendly, safe and supportive environment. These sessions have very good reviews and the participants enjoy them dearly. They are held at weekends and last 1 hour.

During the sessions, we practice Mindfulness exercises, reading of poems, visualisations, group discussions, etc. in a friendly, safe and supportive environment. They are held at weekends and last 2 hour.

This is for participants who would like a one-off session of mindfulness. It will suit somebody who is new to Mindfulness, so they can have an introduction to the practice. Or perhaps, you have already done the Mindfulness Now 8-week Wellbeing Programme or the Mindful Eating 6-step Programme and you would like to maintain the practice. The sessions last 1 hour.

The Mindful Eating 6-Step Programme (6 steps in 6 weeks): Combines mindfulness, visualisation, coaching and movement to support people to take control of their weight. In this Programme, the participant will practice exercises for letting go of the past, believing in the future and learning to love themselves and their body. We don’t advise the participant what they should or shouldn’t eat or drink. It is mainly a mind-body exercise-approach, where the participant should have total control of what they would like to do with respect to their personal consumption habits.
The Mindful Eating 6-Step Programme (6 steps in 6 weeks) combines mindfulness, visualisation, coaching and movement to support people to take control of their weight.
